Real connection doesn't happen in a sterile office. We provide 100% community-based supervised visitation throughout Williamson County, facilitating natural parent-child time in approved public settings — while maintaining the highest levels of safety, neutrality, and court compliance.
We facilitate visitations in natural settings so the parent and child can focus on connection rather than the supervision itself. The monitor remains within sight and sound at all times, documenting interactions and ensuring safety protocols are followed. We are covertly present to report and redirect as needed only.
The traditional model — sitting in a small, confined office room — often adds unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation and inhibits genuine parent-child connection. As a fully mobile service, all visits take place in approved, child-friendly community locations such as parks, museums, libraries, and activity centers across Williamson County.
This approach reduces the "fishbowl effect" for the child and gives courts a more authentic observation of parenting dynamics in real-world settings.
We know that planning public outings can be stressful and financially burdensome, and we want the focus to stay on the parent-child relationship. To help, we provide client parents with curated lists of engaging, no-cost or low-cost local activities appropriate for the child's age.
Our role is not to mediate, provide therapy, or offer legal advice. Our role is to ensure that court-ordered access happens in a way that protects the physical and emotional safety of your child — and to give you the space to simply be a parent during your time together.
We are strictly neutral, objective third-party observers. We do not side with either parent. We provide detailed, factual observation reports focusing on actions, behaviors, and compliance — we deal in facts, not opinions.
Because we operate in the community rather than a controlled office facility, our monitors carry a higher level of situational awareness and professional experience, with backgrounds in law enforcement, private investigation, and professional child custody monitoring. All monitors have completed 24 credit hours of training through Heal Play Love University. We adhere strictly to court orders and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
It is supervised parenting time that takes place in approved, child-friendly public locations — such as parks, museums, libraries, and activity centers — rather than a confined office. A trained monitor stays within sight and sound at all times, documenting the visit and ensuring safety, while the parent and child focus on connecting naturally.
It usually is, though it can also be arranged by agreement between the parties. We follow the terms of the court order at all times and maintain strict neutrality throughout.
Visits happen at approved public locations throughout Williamson County, including Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and surrounding communities. We help families choose appropriate, low-stress settings and can provide curated lists of no-cost or low-cost activities suited to the child's age.
The monitor is a neutral, objective observer. They remain present to watch, document, and redirect as needed to ensure the child's safety, and they provide factual observation reports focused on actions, behaviors, and compliance — not opinions.
Our full fee schedule — including screening, intake, and hourly visitation rates — is listed on our Pricing & Terms page. If you're unsure which fees apply to your situation, contact us and we'll walk you through it.
