A mandatory preliminary screening, document review, and non-refundable registration fee, required to determine eligibility before services can be scheduled.
Separate in-person intake interviews are conducted with each parent/child before services begin. This fee covers reviewing court orders, conducting background intake, establishing safety protocols, and setting up your file, and must be paid prior to confirming the intake appointment.
Mobile visitation is billed hourly, with a 2-hour minimum for community-based visits to ensure meaningful interaction.
Fees are due 24 prior to the scheduled visit unless otherwise ordered by the court.
Detailed Court Reports/Summaries: Summary reports are included. Extensive chronological reports requested outside standard protocols may incur an administrative fee.
Court Testimony & Appearances: Should a staff member be subpoenaed or requested to testify, the following applies, reflecting the professional backgrounds of our staff (former Law Enforcement/PI) and removal from active field rotation:
We adhere strictly to the court order regarding financial responsibility. If costs are split 50/50, both parties must pay their share prior to service. If the order is silent on payment, the visiting parent is typically responsible.
All fees for visits and exchanges must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Services will not be rendered if payment has not been received.
Exceptions for verified medical emergencies may be made at management's discretion.
