Pricing & Terms

Intake & Registration (One-Time, Non-Refundable) — $100

Separate in-person intake interviews are conducted with each parent before services begin. Interviews can be held virtually if needed. This fee covers reviewing court orders, conducting background intake, establishing safety protocols, and setting up your file, and must be paid prior to confirming the intake appointment.

Service Rates

Supervised Visitation

Mobile visitation is billed hourly, with a 2-hour minimum for community-based visits to ensure meaningful interaction.

• Standard Hourly Rate: $75 per hour
• Holiday Rate: $115 per hour on major holidays
• Before 10am or After 7 pm: $125 per hour

Fees are due 24 prior to the scheduled visit unless otherwise ordered by the court.

Monitored Exchanges

• Flat Rate per Exchange: $60 (includes brief documentation of arrival times and the transfer itself)

Travel & Activity Costs

• Standard Service Area: Travel within a 25-mile radius of Williamson County is included in the standard hourly rate.
• Extended Travel: $1.00 per mile beyond the standard service area, covering monitor time and transport.
• Activity Costs: Parents are responsible for any costs of the chosen activity (e.g., museum admission, food) for themselves, the child, and the monitor. We provide lists of free/low-cost ideas to help manage this.

Professional Reporting & Court Appearances

Detailed Court Reports/Summaries: As a courtesy, the responsible party receives their first detailed chronological report at no charge. Additional reports are available for $25 each and can be delivered by email or USPS first class mail.

Court Testimony & Appearances: Should a staff member be subpoenaed or requested to testify, the following applies per staff member, reflecting removal from active field rotation:

• Court Hourly Rate: $125.00 per hour, billed "portal-to-portal" (travel to/from court, waiting time, and testimony time).
• Minimum Charge & Retainer: $500.00 — a four (4) hour minimum per staff member for any court appearance. This retainer must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the court date to secure attendance.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

Who Pays?

We adhere strictly to the court order regarding financial responsibility. If costs are split 50/50, both parties must pay their share prior to service. If the order is silent on payment, the visiting parent is typically responsible.

Pre-Payment Policy

All fees for visits and exchanges must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Services will not be rendered if payment has not been received.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Less than 24 hours notice: The responsible party is charged the full fee for the scheduled visit.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the start time is a no-show; the visit is cancelled and the full fee applies.

Exceptions for verified medical emergencies may be made at management's discretion.
