We provide 100% community-based supervised visitation and monitored exchanges at approved locations throughout Williamson County, Texas — including Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Hutto, Taylor, and surrounding communities. We move beyond the confines of a facility to facilitate natural parent-child interactions in approved public settings, while maintaining the highest levels of safety, neutrality, and court compliance.
We are objective, third-party observers. We do not side with either parent. Our sole focus is ensuring a safe environment compliant with court orders.
Managing visitations in public spaces requires specialized vigilance. Our team draws on backgrounds in law enforcement and private investigation to ensure safety in dynamic community environments.
We provide detailed, objective observation reports focusing on actions, behaviors, and compliance. We deal in facts, not opinions.
We believe the traditional model of supervised visitation — sitting in a small, confined office room — often adds unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation and inhibits genuine parent-child connection.
We are a 100% mobile service. All visitations take place in approved, child-friendly community locations such as parks, museums, libraries, or activity centers across Williamson County.
This approach allows families to engage in natural activities, reducing the "fishbowl effect" for the child and providing courts with a more authentic observation of parenting dynamics in real-world settings. We are covertly present to report and redirect as needed only.
We exist to provide a bridge for families during difficult transitions. We understand the complexities of high-conflict custody situations. Our role is not to mediate, provide therapy, or offer legal advice. Our role is to ensure that court-ordered access happens in a manner that guarantees the physical and emotional safety of the child.
We operate on a foundation of unshakeable integrity. We adhere strictly to court orders and maintain professional boundaries at all times. All monitors have completed 24 credit hours of training through Heal Play Love University.
Because we operate in the community rather than a controlled office facility, our monitors require a higher level of situational awareness and professional experience. Our leadership and staff bring expertise in law enforcement, private investigation, professional child custody monitoring, and certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practice.
This unique combination of skills allows us to manage the complexities of public visitations with professionalism, vigilance, and calm authority. We are neutral, objective observers — we do not provide therapy, legal advice, or mediation. Our sole focus is ensuring a safe, conflict-free environment compliant with court orders.
We facilitate visitations in natural settings, allowing the parent and child to focus on connection rather than the supervision itself. The monitor remains within sight and sound at all times, documenting interactions and ensuring safety protocols are followed. To ease the burden of planning public outings, we provide client parents with curated lists of engaging, no-cost or low-cost local activities appropriate for the child's age.

We provide a neutral, safe alternative to unsupervised custodial transfers. Our goal is to facilitate the transfer of the child without conflict between parents, at camera-monitored locations such as police or fire department parking lots. Parents remain at least 100 feet away from each other during the exchange.
