Real connection doesn't happen in a sterile office. We provide community-based supervised visitation and monitored exchanges throughout Williamson County, Texas. Below is exactly how the process works and how to begin.
Parent Initial Screening must be completed first to confirm we're able to take on your case. Once approved:
We require a signed, current court order specifying supervised visitation. (A court order is not required for monitored exchanges.)
We conduct separate, mandatory in-person intake interviews with both the custodial party (and child) and the visiting party. This allows us to gather necessary history, establish safety protocols, and review our safety guidelines.
Once intakes are complete, visits are scheduled according to the court order. Services are fee-based, and payment policies are reviewed during intake.
Visits take place at pre-approved community locations. We use strict arrival and departure protocols to ensure safety and compliance.
Our pricing is transparent and listed in full on our Pricing & Terms page — including the initial screening, intake, hourly visitation rates, monitored exchange rates, travel, and our payment and cancellation policies.

At pre-approved, child-friendly community locations throughout Williamson County, such as parks, libraries, museums, and activity centers. Monitored exchanges take place at camera-monitored locations like police or fire station parking lots.
Our full fee schedule is listed on our Pricing & Terms page, including screening, intake, hourly visitation rates, and monitored exchange rates. If you're unsure which fees apply to your situation, contact us and we'll walk you through it.
We follow the court order. If costs are split 50/50, both parties pay their share before service. If the order is silent on payment, the visiting parent is typically responsible.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full fee. If a party doesn't arrive within 15 minutes of the start time, it's treated as a no-show and the full fee applies. Verified medical emergencies may be considered at management's discretion.
